Michael Amante, world-renowned recording artist, took the world by storm with his debut
album, released on Medalist records. It has become one of the best-selling recordings of its
kind, placing him #1 on Billboard Magazine’s 2002 Year-End Top Classical Midline chart.

Michael Amante's PBS special entitled Michael Amante received a regional Emmy
Award nomination. Singing since the tender age of five, Amante is gifted with a greater
than four-octave range.

Amante is considered one of the most versatile and gifted performers able to sing variety of
languages including, Italian, Spanish, Polish, French, German and Latin. He also regularly

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
